About Us

We make a living

by what we get, We make a life by what we give.

About Chuck Wightman

I am honest, authentic, sincere, and extremely resourceful. I have an appetite for knowledge and a hunger for truth. I am thoughtful and perceptive in everything I do. My talents are limitless and I’m versed and licensed in a vast array of different genres. Validating myself by whom I have collaborated with or what I have created I find to be self serving. Instead, I would rather explain who I am which may better help you understand were I’m going.

Second is health: My desire is to be healthy and to be able to help the ones I love and respect to learn to live a healthy lifestyle.

Respect is the key ingredient for any relationship to develop, without respect for one another, all else fails.

I desire to work with only like-minded positive people that think big. I find great fulfillment in helping others achieve their dreams, which at the same time provides me an opportunity to learn from those experiences and to advance myself in the process.

I live to create things; Ideas, concepts, relationship, networks, products, experiences, I am always creating in one fascist or another.

Big picture view: My desire is to stay true to my core values, help others to grow and prosper, and at the same time create enough security for myself and my family.

Most of all, I want to have fun, eliminate negativity and surround myself with positive, forward thinking individuals.

About Wightman Construction, Inc.

From 1984 to 1993, Chuck worked by day perfecting his skills as an intern and project manager under some of the most talented local and national experts. At night he would study for his state Contractor’s exam.

In 1993, Chuck used his residential Contractor’s license to open Wightman Construction, Inc.  From there, Chuck never looked back and for the next 6 years he refined his skills through designing, building and remodeling throughout the Florida Keys.

Knowing that constant expansion and forward momentum were the keys to creating growth, Chuck started studying again, adding an unlimited State General Contractors license in August of 1997. Shortly after, he also added a State Roofing Contractors license to round out his portfolio.

In the summer of 1999 after identifying that their current geographical area wasn’t conducive to their aspirations, the Wightman’s made a decision to relocate their business to Palm Beach County, Florida.

After the move Chuck carefully assembled a team of the top craftsmen, while at the same time created a network of the areas premier Realtors, Architects, and Designers. The word quickly spread and their books filled almost systematically.

Recognizing the interconnected and beneficial relationship between the two industries, he quickly obtained his Real Estate Sale Associates license and broadened his reach.

He then applied the newly acquired knowledge and started developing, marketing and selling numerous speculative properties over the next few years, while at the same time never losing sight of the continual expansion of his elite list of clientele, investors and craftsmen.

With a proven track record and a clear vision for the future, Chuck immediately went to work and upgraded his real estate Sales Associate’s license into a Broker’s license. Currently, Chuck’s network of clientele, investors, moguls and celebrities stretch the globe and create a solid foundation for future growth and stability

You see, when your business foundation is anchored in place with morality, humility and core values, doing the right thing is just automatic and people take notice! For over two decades,

Wightman Construction, Inc. has continued to be an innovator within the industry, always stretching the outer limits of possibility. “I truly believe that because of our unwavering dedication to our core values and aspirations, opportunities like working with some of the top celebrities, moguls and entrepreneurs alike were created.,” says Chuck Wightman.
